language barrier

so my inability to communicate in spanish is bleeding into my first language and i am losing the ability to communicate in english as well. especially after studying for the meetings in spanish, sometimes i say something to josh and he is like "i literally have no idea what you just said." so today i placed a tract with a nice lady and decided to write her down in my little RV book. so i wrote the directions on how to get there and wrote "blue shop with gate across the street from"..... "from"...... hm..... now what would you call that....? ah! ".... across the street from sporting fields." wait...."sporting fields"???!!! what am i saying?! i had to ask the sister i was with what to call them and she was like "um.... a soccer field? a basketball court?" so i told her what i wrote and we had a good laugh. seriously, the brain does not work well after 2 hours in field service in spanish!
